Roundtable sessions are typically held from 7-8pm on the 1st Wednesday of every month within the Education Center of the St. Luke’s University Hospital, 801 Ostrum St., Bethlehem 18015.  All Scouters and parents are invited to participate in these gatherings which will enable you and others to share ideas on how to organize fun and exciting activities.  Usually, leaders from each program meet separately, yet there are special joint sessions and uniforms are not required.  Also, both youth and adults are invited to attend the Scouts, BSA sessions!  Finally, the Order of the Arrow Chapter meeting is also held at the same time and location, so bring your Scout and stay for Roundtable!

Linked here is a calendar detailing Roundtable topics and events for the 2019-20 program year.  Your time is valuable – bring your electronics, use the free wi-fi, and use this time to make plans and write messages for your units!  In addition, the practice that units who attend specific Roundtable sessions and provide necessary information will be fast-tracked through certain Re-charter Day stations will be continued.
