This year has presented challenges getting out to meet with counselors.

Here is an opportunity to earn some merit badges in the comfort and safety of your home.

No need for long distance travel in questionable December Pocono weather.

We are excited to offer the Monroe District's first entirely virtual Merit Badge College.

Here is how it will work.

Sign up here for the badges you would like to take at the college.

You will be sent a link and instructions on how to log on to attend the classes. 

We will be using the gaming platform Discord to present the classes.

This platform does require access from a laptop or desktop computer with microphone and camera.

This platform gives us the flexibility of having multiple classrooms running at multiple times.

Due to the nature of the course and the timing some prerequisites may have to be completed and reviewed by the course counselors after the completion of the college date. All such instances will be handled on an individual basis.

The cost of this opportunity which includes an event patch will be $15 if registered by December 12th. A $5 late will be applied after the 12th.

Don't delay class size is limited to 20 participants per class for the majority of the classes some have even tighter participant restrictions
