NOAC - National Order of the Arrow Conference

Join Witauchsoman and the other 260 Lodges in our Nation for NOAC! - The BEST National Boy Scout event there is.

Estimated cost is $1200. - if we get more youth to sign up, the cost will decrease to $1,000
Includes:
-National OA conference fee for the week at NOAC (housing in a college dorm, food, shows, training, etc.)
-Charter bus transportation to and from the event (we will travel together as a Lodge contingent)
-$100 in cash given back for meals on travel days on the bus
-Lodge NOAC patches/flaps (includes rare delegate flaps - 2 per person)
-Lodge NOAC T-Shirts
-Lodge Nametag for uniform
-Lodge contingent photo

Additional spending money is suggested for special NOAC items sold at the NOAC Trading Post.  You can also pre-order online after April 1st via: tradingpost.oa-bsa.org

Estimated cost is $1200.  Includes National conference fee, housing in a college dorm, transportation, food at event, and $100 in cash given back for meals on travel days.  Monthly payments of $150 are required by the last business day of each month - September 2019, October, November, December, January 2020, February, March, April (you may pay all $1200 up front).  Fundraising opportunities are available, we have had youth fund raise all $1200 in past events.

A deposit in the amount of the current payment amount total due at that time is due at registration time to secure your slot.  Your slot will not be reserved until the deposit amount is received (example if you register by September 30th the deposit is $150, if you register in October the deposit is $300, Nov. $450, etc.).  A full refund of payments made will be granted if cancellation request is received by January 1, 2020 to noac@witauchsoman.org

Failure to keep up with payments will result in your slot opening up to the next person on the waiting list.  Contingent slots are limited!
