The last date for registration has passed.

Payment Process is as follows for youth participants.

December 1, 2015 - Initial Deposit is due $345.00

March 1, 2016 - $345.00

June 1, 2016 - $345.00

September 1, 2016 - $345.00

  • Note:  September 1 is the hard deadline to be current with payments.  On or before September 1, you should be at $1380.00

January 1, 2017 - Final balance of $345.00 is due. 

Payment Process for adult leaders is slighly different.

Cancellation Policy
This registration is considered final. Cancelation/Refund Policy: Cancelation (minus administration cost of $50) will be received up to 5 PM on September 1, 2016 in writing to Paul Oswald, PO Box 20624, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-0624. As of January 31, 2017 your spot has been placed. Cancelation (minus administration cost of 1/2 the overall cost) will be received up to 5 PM on February 28, 2017 in writing to Paul Oswald, PO Box 20624, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-0624. Cancelation (minus administration cost of 3/4 the overall cost) will be received up to 5 PM on March 1, 2017 in writing to Paul Oswald, PO Box 20624, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-0624. After March 1, 2017, All fees will be forfeited.
