You’re invited to the Minsi Trails Council 2016 Gathering of Eagles!

Join your fellow Eagle Scouts for a great evening of cars, fellowship, and food at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, PA. There will be time to socialize with other Eagles and see
Pocono Raceway up close during a race week including a behind the
scenes tour and lap around the track. You’ll also hear a short update
on Scouting today and the positive difference for our youth.

What:

• An exclusive event just for Eagle Scouts
• A behind the scenes tour of Pocono Raceway
• Opportunity to lap the track in a 15-passenger van with The Stock Car Racing Experience
• Hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks
• Adult Eagle Scouts age 18 or older (Eagle Scouts under age 18 may attend when accompanied by an adult Eagle Scout parent or guardian)

When:

• Tuesday, July 26, 2016
• 6:00 P.M. — 9:00 P.M.

Where:

• Pocono Raceway —Gate 1— Media Center
• 1234 Long Pond Rd. (just off Rt. 115, 3.4 miles south of I-80) Long Pond, PA 18334

Cost:

• $30 per Eagle Scout attending (includes entrance to track, lap around the track, behind the scenes tour, commemorative patch, food, and beverage)
• Attire is casual, no uniforms or suits needed
