Cub Scout Camping

Camping takes Scouts on exciting adventures in nature! Your Scout will learn to be a good citizen of the outdoors and have fun, while learning to rely on their own skills and knowledge.
Scouts who go camping as Cub Scouts gain valuable skills they will build upon later as a Boy Scout.

Minsi Trails Council offers several camping opportunities for Cub Scouts including Day Camp, Akelaland Summer Resident Cub Scout Camp and Family Camp events.

For more information on Camping opportunities please click here.

Double Your Donation

Did you know many companies offer a matching gifts program to encourage charitable giving and
volunteering by their employees?

A matching gift program is a corporate philanthropy program designed to support the nonprofits which
a company’s employees are passionate about by matching donations made by employees. Many
companies even match the entire donation, which DOUBLES the donation for Scouting!

Click Here to see what programs are available to you or ask your company today about matching a
donation to support Scouting.

Pre-Summer Camp Leaders Meeting

Minsi Trails Council Camp Staff invite you to participate in a pre-summer camp leaders meeting for 2017 Summer Resident Camp. These informational meetings have several purposes, one of which is to meet your Camp/Program Directors and find out a little of what to expect at camp this summer. In addition to our breakout sessions, we hope to provide a forum where leaders can share thoughts about last year’s camping experience, as well as provide input for the upcoming camping season. If you have not been to camp, come and see what it is all about.

Please click here for more information.
