Eagle Gathering at Pocono Pistol Range

Minsi Trails Council is holding an Eagle Gathering at Pocono Pistol Range in Stroudsburg on June 20^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (this event is for adult Eagle Scouts age 18 and over).  Eagle Gatherings are always fun events where Eagle Scouts can meet other Eagles in our council to enjoy fellowship, food, and an interesting venue.  Pocono Pistol Range will be our host for the evening and includes: target shooting, food and soft beverages, fellowship, and a short presentation on Scouting in Minsi Trails, plus a commemorative patch courtesy of Moritz Embroidery.  This is sure to be a great Eagle Gathering so please sign up early since space is limited (please note that you need to RSVP to attend).

Alumni Day at Camp Minsi and Settlers Camp

All Scouting Alumni are invited to revisit their days as a youth at summer camp by visiting our two great Scout Camps:

• Sunday July 9^th, Camp Minsi in Pocono Summit PA
• Sunday July 23^rd, Settlers Camp at Trxeler Scout Reservation in Jonas PA

Rekindle the Scout in you by touring camp, seeing our Scouts in action, and enjoying a meal with our Scout campers.  Whether you’re a Scout parent, former Scout volunteer, former camp staff, or any other Scout alumni, you’re invited to participate.  Please click here. for all the details.  Note that you need to sign up to attend.

This specialty week provides in-depth and hands-on experiences to help participants explore careers, trade skills, scientific fields, and technology – all while having fun in a great camp environment.

Camping takes Scouts on exciting adventures in nature! Your Scout will learn to be a good citizen of the outdoors and have fun, while learning to rely on their own skills and knowledge. Boys who go camping as Cub Scouts gain valuable skills they will build upon later as a Boy Scout. 

Minsi Trails Council offers several camping opportunities for Cub Scouts including Day Camp, Akelaland Summer Resident Cub Scout Camp and Family Camp events.
