Minsi Trails Council Fishing Derby

Come and join us for a jammed packed day of fun!

• Families encouraged to attend. 

Activities Include: (program subject to change due to staffing or weather)

• Check in for fishing derby will begin at 8:00  AM - 8:45 AM Saturday outside the ESSA Nature Lodge.
  • This event happens rain or shine.
• Open Derby Fishing on two lakes.
  • Due to limited space around the lakes...ONLY YOUTH ARE ALLOWED TO FISH IN THE MORNING.  Families can fish in the afternoon.

• Trexler Scout Reservation

Cost:

• All youth 11 and under are $5 - Adults Free.
• Cost covers a patch and some prizes.
• Extra patches can be ordered. 

Details:

• 1 - Day Event, no overnight camping this year for the event due to COVID protocols. 

Deadline:

• Online registration no later than July 19 @ 5:00 PM.

What do you need?

• Your lunch, snacks and drinks. Picnic areas or pavilions are available for use in and around camp.   
• You need to bring fishing pole/equipment, BAIT, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, rain gear, and insect repellant.
