Basic Leader Training

What Makes a Leader?

The structure of leadership in Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, and Venture Crews is generally similar, but there definitely are differences that set these programs apart from each other.  In order to better accommodate the specific needs of each Scouting program, leaders must take courses that are relevant to their position in their unit.  Minsi Trails Council strives to streamline the navigation process and help leaders complete their required training quickly and efficiently.  Each unit position listed below includes a list of its required training courses.
